Joe Balskus; Major General, US Air Force (Retired)
Major General Joe Balskus served the United States Air Force and the Florida Air National Guard for over 35 years. He is broadly known as a superb motivational / leadership speaker and strategic planner. In addition to serving as commander and Assistant Adjutant General for Air of the Florida Air National Guard, he was the National Chairman of the Air National Guard’s Strategic Planning System developing regional cells of strategy across the 54 states, territories and the District of Columbia. His performance led to his selection as the Military Assistant to the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Requirements and his promotion to Major General in November of 2012.
In addition to his success in the military, Joe was the owner and CEO of one of North Florida’s largest nursing staff relief and homecare agencies for over eight years before its acquisition by a national healthcare provider. He brings his vast military and small business experience and his talents as a leadership speaker and strategist to advise PATRIOT MISSION on key issues.
Jim Beckley
Jim is the President of Rivergold, Inc., an Agri-Business involved in Citrus Plantations, Harvesting, and Marketing. He has served on numerous boards of director including banks, ministries and other community organizations. Jim regularly contributes his time and resources to educational institutions that have a direct impact on young people's lives.
As an investor and board member on numerous startup companies, Jim has a passion to mentor young entrepreneurs and help them understand the financial strategies and biblical wisdom necessary for success. Jim is relentless when it comes to making sound decisions and honoring commitments. Throughout his business career, he has led by example and has given many small business people keen insight they need to succeed.
Michael R. Boera, Major General, US Air Force (Retired)
Major General (Ret.) Mike "Boe" Boera served the Air Force for more than three decades and has extensive experience as a senior leader in U.S. Government planning, programming, budgeting, human resources, operations, international engagement, requirements, and alignment to acquisitions. As a rated pilot with over 5,600 flying hours, he flew in over 20 different aircraft and led organizations ranging in size from 75 to 3,500 personnel culminating in assignment as the Director of Air Force Programs on the U.S. Air Force Headquarters staff stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Since retiring, he serves as an aerospace and defense industry executive.
An engaged leader, General Boera focuses his public speaking on a theme that has been central to his career; “PTP – Passion, Trust and Pride.” He helps audiences understand the importance of character and culture in today’s challenging economic climate. Mike and his wife Carrie recently settled in St. George, Utah, after traveling extensively across the USA. He is a member of the Air Force Association and Daedalians.
William G. Boykin, Lieutenant General, US Army (Retired)
Lt. Gen. (Ret.) William G. "Jerry" Boykin was one of the original members of the US Army's Delta Force. He was privileged to ultimately command these elite warriors in combat operations. Later, Jerry Boykin commanded all the Army's Green Berets as well as the Special Warfare Center and School. In all, Lt. Gen. Boykin spent 36 years in the army, serving his last four years as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.
General Boykin teaches leadership at Hampden Sydney College and serves as the Executive Vice President at the Family Research Council in Washington, DC. He is an ordained minister with a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging Christians to become warriors in God's Kingdom. Jerry and his wife Ashley enjoy spending time with their five children and growing number of grandchildren.
Dan Cumberland
Dan is the Senior Director of Strategic Project and Process Development for Ascension Health, the nation's largest Catholic and nonprofit health system, serving all people with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. Ascension Health has more than $11 billion in assets with more than 100,000 associates serving in 67 acute care hospitals and dozens of related facilities in 20 states and the District of Columbia.
Dan is responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic Information Technology business plan and transforming the plan into a long-range system solution. He also works with vendors to understand future technology direction to support the strategic IT business plan, identify strategic partners, and to participate in negotiation of vendor contracts and support agreements.
Gentner Drummond, Esq.
Gentner is an entrepreneur, attorney and cattle rancher. His primary areas of law practice include banking, business litigation, employment law and all aspects of transactional law. Gentner has Bar Admissions in Oklahoma, the US Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals 10th Circuit, US District Courts of Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
Gentner is an expert business strategist, tactician, new venture analyst and investor. Through his entrepreneurial experiences, he has learned essential requirements to scale franchise operations, identify financial requirements for rapid growth and effectively manage risk. In his early career, he developed his quick reaction skills as an F15 fighter pilot while serving as a combat mission commander. Gentner was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement in Desert Storm.

Dr. Bill Greenman
Bill Greenman's exciting career has ranged from owning a circus to helping thousands learn personal wellness through advanced nutrition to global ministries. Bill earned a Ph.D. in Practical Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida and has served as an Associate Pastor and counselor throughout his career. Bill is an excellent speaker and is passionate about helping people find their purpose in life.
Bill founded Purpose International, a ministry which directs the planning and production of many educational tools, including his book "Purpose Destiny Achievement." Bill established the official community organization Purpose International Ministries Kenya after a trip to Africa in 2007. He focuses on helping individual Christians find and fulfill God's purpose in their life. Bill divides his time between his ministry work and building his small businesses on several continents. Bill and His wife Meg, now live in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
Richard & Ellen Gower
Dick & Ellen Gower are passionate about America, her veterans and entrepreneurship. After college, Dick entered Officer Candidate School, in Newport, Rhode Island and served in Naval Intelligence for four years. After his service, he returned to Rhode Island to run the family business, White Fuel Company, for 47 years. Ellen graduated from Northwestern University where she earned her B.S. in radio/TV. Ellen was a television commercial production assistant in her early career in New York City and later pursued a banking career growing from an administrative assistant all the way to Vice President.
For a number of years, Dick & Ellen worked together at White Fuel Company and gained a keen understanding of how to succeed together while growing a family and running a successful business. They enjoy mentoring couples who are building small businesses and are planning to transition through effective succession planning. Dick & El serve veterans by shepherding key elements of our PATRIOT GRANT Program to help as many service members as possible access PATRIOT MISSION programs.
Brent Guglielmino
For 22 years, Brent served as an Air Force officer including a tour as a Senior Advisor to a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is experienced in strategic planning, organizational development, program and project management as well as operations and leadership. Brent has continued his work with numerous state and federal civilian agencies, as well as private sector organizations in the intelligence community.
Brent served as the founding Executive Director of the PATRIOT MISSION National Speakers Bureau. He designed and developed cornerstone programs to recruit, train and deploy of a wide range of professional speakers. Brent created a foundation for our Leadership Speakers Series to complement launching new markets with a follow-on Distinguished Lecturer Series to provide subject matter expertise in a variety of settings.
Mark Hendricks
Mark Hendricks is a business and marketing expert; sales copywriter; a joint venture specialist; an author, speaker, consultant, mentor, and success coach. For over 25 years, he's been using his proven marketing secrets in his own businesses to personally sell millions of dollars of products and services, as well as help other business owners get more predictable and profitable results in a wide variety of industries.
He works and lives with his wife on their horse farm, hidden away in the rolling hills of Trilby, Florida. Rich Hennessey
Rich Hennessey is an entrepreneurial senior executive who has successfully developed and managed customer acquisition and Go-To-Market growth strategies for both the Fortune 500 and emerging companies. Rich is relentless in opening new markets and sales channels through international alliances to obtain a rapid entry into the United States and Canada. He is a proven entrepreneur, teaming with early stage, mid-market investment to successfully launch new start-ups to leverage their unique value proposition.
As a leader, Rich is a stable, positive influence to reinvigorate operating performance.
As a marketing innovator, he has led and promoted several branding initiatives, channel positioning and national product awareness campaigns. Rich is an industry generalist having experience in airlines/aerospace, medical instrument/devices, CPG and high-tech manufacturing. He has a degree in Economics from Boston College and currently enrolled in the Kellogg Executive Management School in Miami Florida. Rich is also a member of BC’s Chief Executive Club and Technology Council. He currently serves as a team mentor in the Boston College VC entrepreneurial program and Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
Dr. Paul Jehle
An ardent student of history, Dr. Paul Jehle serves as the Executive Director of the Plymouth Rock Foundation. He has authored several books and has published documentaries about the Constitution. Dr. Jehle addresses the Constitution, leadership, education, and relates them to Judeo-Christian principles. He is a dynamic and compelling speaker. Paul has travelled across the nation and to a number of foreign countries, hosting seminars and teaching on America's Pilgrim and Patriot heritage.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Barrington College, and a Doctorate degree in Education from Whitefield Theological Seminary. Paul began giving walking tours of Plymouth and its monuments in 1978, and in 2004 he published Plymouth in the Words of Her Founders for visitors to the Plymouth area, allowing the Pilgrims to interpret the monuments erected in their honor through their own words. Dr. Jehle also serves on Plymouth's 2020 Commission in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the Pilgrims. Paul and his wife, Charlene live in Plymouth, Massachusetts and they have two grown children.
Al Johnson

He has the skill to drill deep into the motivating factors behind a marketing campaign and match strategies with the optimum marketing channel to produce results. In his career of more than 25 years, Al has delivered more than 500 live seminars and published countless articles to teach his methods to thousands of business owners, entrepreneurs, sales professionals, network marketers, direct marketers, authors, speakers, and business experts.

Al and his wife Jill live in Texas.
Dr. Joseph T. McCreight, Jr.
For the past 15 years Joe has been working with Novartis AG in the international pharmaceutical business. He has significant experience working in Europe, Asia and the U.S., in Global, Regional, and country-level commercial leadership positions. Prior to Novartis, Joe worked with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, several entrepreneurial start-ups and served in the United States Air Force as an intelligence officer during Operation Desert Storm.
Joe holds a Doctorate in Business Administration degree, with an International Business specialization from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. He also has completed a Master's of Science degree in International Relations from Troy University and a Government and Politics degree from University of Maryland at College Park. Joe has earned an Advanced Professional Graduate Business Certificate in Marketing and has completed executive education courses at Harvard Business School and George Washington University. He also serves as a part-time Lecturer for the SBS Swiss Business School MBA program in Zurich. Joe and his family currently live in Basel, Switzerland.
Drew Miles, Esq.
Drew grew up in Long Island, NY where he worked in a family business during his youth. After passing and being admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988, he established his own firm. His unique approach combines what he has learned not only from his formal legal education, but also his “informal” business education. 25 years of entrepreneurial experience led him to develop programs to educate people in the fine art of building and preserving wealth. His firm, Tax Savings Professional LLC, is uniquely positioned to serve small business owners.
Drew is an author, teacher, and international speaker. His highly acclaimed book "Zero to Success," chronicles the steps every new business owner must take to ensure success. He has been featured in Forbes, the Dallas Morning News, American Banker, and Yahoo Finance. To date, he has helped more than 7,000 business owners save over $500 million dollars in taxes and liability. He is known throughout the United States and Canada as the “Tax Saving Attorney.”
Mari Miles
Mari Miles is from Miami Florida, graduating from North Miami Senior High and Miami- Dade Community College. As a licensed Realtor since the 80’s, Mari has sold residential property and land parcels throughout greater Miami and Pembroke Pines, as well as luxury projects in North Miami Beach. As an advisor to the family business, Tax Savings Professional LLC, she is active in the financial aspects and day to day operations of their company.
Mari lived in South Broward until the early 2000s when she and her husband, Drew Miles, relocated to the beautiful Treasure Coast city of Vero Beach. While investing in several properties during the early years in Vero, Mari came across acreage in the citrus county where they have built their home and currently reside with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 5 horses and an assortment of chickens. Among her favorite things are spending time with their 2 children, first grandchild, herb gardening, photography and living her childhood passion of horses. Mari manages a small boarding barn on their home property, while relishing trail rides with her favorite mount Rio.
Robert Olds
Robert Olds is the CEO of Stedman Dynamics, Inc. He served 24 years as an FBI Special Agent, specializing in Foreign Counter Intelligence, primarily in the metropolitan, Washington, D.C. area. After retirement he was a founding partner and continues as a Joint Venture partner of Hamilton Trading Group, Inc. (HTG) in McLean, Virginia. For over 20 years, HTG has provided operational intelligence services to private sector clients both corporations and individuals. They provide training to U.S. Government security agencies, primarily in counter-terrorism defense and surveillance detection and techniques.
Through his firm, Mr. Olds continues to provide operational intelligence services including international sources to support American business’ interests with foreign security services and business activities. Stedman Dynamics prepares leaders of American enterprises, as well as travelers to dangerous areas, to recognize physical surveillance and take appropriate, safe action. Mr. Olds has current security clearances with several U.S. Government agencies.
Roy "Bubba" Parker
Bubba Parker has over thirty-five years of professional military and commercial aviation as well as aviation support experience. This includes 26 years military aviation operational experience including key US Air Force leadership positions. For 5 years he helped develop the support concept for the Lockheed Martin Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program and the JSF Autonomic Logistics System Design. Bubba served as Chief Operating Officer for a major company with Commercial Contracts to provide goods and services to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Bubba Parker has a keen business acumen combined with hands-on experience in dealing with the demanding operational constraints and environment of military and government customers. In addition, he understands and can translate the macro impact of government and military operations to his fellow citizens. As a retired USAF Colonel, Bubba remains focused on serving Americans and defending the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Rich Shook, Major General, US Air Force (Retired)
Rich served our nation for over 36 years and recently retired as an Air Force two-star general officer. Having served with over 15 years senior leadership experience within diverse organizations, Rich is skilled in building coalitions of professionals who focus on accomplishing the mission. Rich is a life-long learner, polished strategic communicator, proven change agent possessing the ability to coalesce and lead stakeholders with competing priorities to drive organizational mission, vision and strategy.
Rich has the ideal qualifications and skills to serve as a Leadership Speaker in PATRIOT MISSION’s National Speakers Bureau. Rich can deliver a key leadership message as we rapidly expand by developing a new generation of American leaders in the most powerful economic and grassroots education system in our nation; Small Business. When our local, regional and national development directors hear Rich's powerful message, they will be inspired to do what it takes to build local communities and to tap into massive underutilized resources through the Celebrate America NOW! program.
Fred Young
Fred is a mentor’s mentor. As the Co-Founder of MENTOR BUSINESS GROUP, he brings a unique combination of technical ability, business acumen, and sales skills to the proverbial table. Fred has over 25 years of experience in business management, marketing, sales, business system design, software development, product fulfillment, and product implementation. He is adept at finding and solving customer's pain points and managing all phases of the solution including business creation and improvement.
Having proudly served as a Marine, Fred is always willing to lead his mentees, business students and strategic partners directly to the beachhead to take on the ‘fight.’ He is quick to point out the challenges with a scenario, cut right to the chase and challenge those with the stamina to pay close attention.
